Community model meets system interest
Council and Greater Manchester conversations connected ACE’s neighbourhood model with social prescribing, physical activity, deprivation and prevention priorities.
Partners, funders and systems
Between community and commissioning. Movement and health. Universal opportunity and specialist support. ACE’s value has often come from connecting people and agendas that would otherwise sit apart.
Organisations appearing in ACE’s documented history

These organisations appear in ACE’s historic delivery and system record. Roles relate to the periods described and do not imply a current endorsement.
Backed in public
These are dated, historic relationships. They are not claims of current sponsorship. Each tile links to the record behind it.

A dated relationship record
ACE names historic relationships to show how the work developed. It does not use an old connection to imply a current contract, endorsement or commitment.

What ACE needs now
Reliable, accessible, all-weather places for neighbourhood and inclusive activity.
Personal care, communication, safeguarding and progression expertise matched to referral need.
Co-design, trusted routes in and honest feedback about who still cannot access provision.
Continuation funding, test-and-learn capital and contracts that value community infrastructure.
A route for neighbourhood learning to shape prevention, participation and place policy.

The ACE proposition
ACE can start with a local question, test the response alongside families and providers, and turn the learning into a clearer pathway, commissioning proposition or repeatable model.
We are especially interested in partners who value what already exists in a community and are willing to share decisions, not merely refer people into a fixed service.
