Our work begins and ends with the community. No two communities are the same and with this in mind it is important to understand community culture and key personalities. Collaborating with Community Leaders we work towards gaining community acceptance, trust and ownership - the fundamental components to our model. We identify the resources a community has (buildings, people, capabilities …) and look to harnessing them in order to make positive changes.
